Since our inception, one of the key focuses of what we do, is to support, coach and develop young grass root motorsport talent.
To continue this mission, we are very excited and proud to announce that we have partnered with FF Corse and their inaugural GT Driver Academy to do just this.
FF Corse is part of the global Ferrari Driver Programme who has drivers competing globally in all levels of championships and the aim of the GT Driver Academy is to help guide drivers who have targeted a specific career in GT racing. Notable talent of late is Tom Fleming who in 2023, in just 12 months of competing with FF Corse, ended the season as Ferrari World Challenge World Champion. This not only highlights the strength of FF Corse but demonstrates with the right support and environment shows how incredible talent can be nurtured.
Our role at Gridshark is to support the Academy drivers where required, to try and continue this trend of developing talent with a strong focus around their human performance. This includes core skills around their fitness, nutrition, mindset, habit tracking, accountability and race preparation. Our aim is to optimise their performance as drivers but also athletes, ready to compete and WIN!
This will involve driver assessments to measure baseline scores, in person check ins to monitor and track progress and remote coaching via our online coaching platform.
