We are excited and proud to announce that Gridshark has partnered with FF Corse and its inaugural GT Driver Academy. This partnership continues a mission that has shaped our work since the beginning: supporting, coaching and developing young grassroots motorsport talent.
We want to help ambitious drivers build the foundations they need to progress, both on and off the track.
Developing talent with FF Corse
FF Corse is part of the global Ferrari Driver Programme, with drivers competing in championships at all levels around the world. Its GT Driver Academy aims to guide drivers who have set their sights on a career in GT racing.
The Academy provides an environment where emerging talent can develop with support and direction.
One notable example is Tom Fleming. In 2023, after just 12 months competing with FF Corse, he finished the season as Ferrari World Challenge World Champion. His achievement highlights the strength of the team and shows what talented drivers can achieve with the right support and environment.
Supporting drivers as athletes
Our role at Gridshark is to support Academy drivers where required, with a strong focus on human performance.
Our coaching covers fitness, nutrition, mindset, habit tracking, accountability and race preparation. Together, these areas help drivers approach their development with greater structure and consistency.
We aim to optimise their performance as both drivers and athletes, preparing them to compete and win. This means looking beyond individual training sessions and helping them understand how their everyday habits contribute to their preparation.
Our support will include driver assessments to establish baseline scores, alongside in-person check-ins to monitor and track progress. Remote coaching through our online platform will provide ongoing guidance between those meetings.
This combination gives us a clear starting point and a way to review development over time.

We look forward to working alongside such a prestigious brand and bringing value to the Academy. Above all, we are excited to help its drivers develop their potential and prepare for the challenges ahead.
