PJG has a great community both face to face and online. This community helps all our clients keep motivated and focused but also supports each other when times get tough, both in and out of the training environment. It doesn’t matter what your goals are, your level of fitness, everyone gels together. We have a private WhatsApp group which is optional to drop into plus a private Facebook page to keep abreast of everything going on within PJG.

Another strong element of PJG is supporting local athletes. In the past Paul has sponsored several local athletes to help them progress in their field. Paul is currently sponsoring Sophie McKinna who is the British Number 1 Shot Putter, current British Record Holder and is on the British Olympic Team for Tokyo 2021.

Paul also loves to get the PJG involved in fundraising and helping those less fortunate. This has included raising monies to help take a family with a disabled daughter to the USA to meet fellow children with the same medical condition, to raising money for local charities. In 2020 Pauls annual Christmas fundraiser was to raise toys for the local Kingfisher Mother & Baby Unit at NHS Hellesdon Hospital, that specialises in looking after mothers with mental health challenges.

In 2021 Paul has set himself a challenge to raise £2121 to help one of his clients, a stroke survivor, to purchase some specialist equipment to help him progress his recovery at home. Not only is raising funds to support a valued member of the PJG community, Paul is also undertaking a gruelling fitness challenge of completing 21 duathlons in 21 consecutive days just to make it harder!

Paul also runs a monthly blog which highlights achievements of clients plus it allows them to gibe an insight into Paul and PJG for those looking at taking up his services.
