What made you come to PJG?

I was looking for a personal trainer because I did not feel comfortable with going into gyms. I wanted to lose weight because I hated the way I looked and found it difficult to get motivated. I came across PJG Facebook page and decided to send him a private message. He was very professional, approachable and we set up our first session. I was extremely nervous because I knew my fitness levels were poor and felt embarrassed. PJG very quickly made feel comfortable and diminished all my fears.

How long have you been training with PJG?

9 Months.

What’s been the biggest impact on your life whilst training with PJG?

My mindset has changed, which is more than just physical results. You’ve given me tips on nutrition and even become my unofficial therapist. PJG has given me so much support even when I’ve wanted to give up and thank you for turning my “I can’t” into “I can”.

What’s your favourite PJG work out?

Defiantly Blazepods, I feel like I’m at a disco and it focus my mind although it isn’t as easy as it sounds, he likes to add some “fun” into the workout.

What’s your favourite thing about PJG?

Every session is different, you never know what “fun” he has in store for you. He only wants the best for you and makes you believe in yourself. He has a great sense of humour and I enjoy turning up to sessions trying to negotiate the workouts with him… I never win though.

Why would you recommend coaching with PJG?

PJG is professional, approachable, extremely supportive and understanding. I feel very lucky I had found him because I have never met a personal trainer who truly cares and wants the absolute best for you. He is very experienced in his field and will tailor your needs and goals to suit you.
