Your 5 star experience is fully personalised, from the hotel you stay in, to the class of airline you fly, to the fitness programme you follow. An iRefresh retreat can be as relaxed or as intense as you want it to be, anything from 3 hours of training a day to 8.

A variety of training sessions will support your specific goals, anything from running to cycling, to boxing, strength & conditioning to interval training.
